Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are the professional manufacturer of sport products, especially adjustable dumbbell, and our factory is located in Yongkang City-"The China Hardware City".

Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is one piece per design, mixed order is available.

Q3: Question: Does each packing with 1 or 2 dumbbells?
A: It is a single dumbbell package. If end users need two, they can buy  2 packing. Because a single packing volume and weight are too large, they are all packaged individually.

Q4: Can I have a sample before mass production? 
A: Yes,we are happy to provide you samples for your testing before you place bulk order. For this is our first cooperation with each other, we will charge fees each sample. But the sample fee is just a symbol, and we will return the sample fee to you upon your bulk order is confirmed.

Q5: Do you accept OEM? 
A: Yes, please send your design to us, so we can help to build your brand. Note: Please kindly provide your brand letter of authorization.
 
Q6: Could I add my own logo? 
A:Yes, personalized logo are accepted. 

Q7:What' s your delivery time?
A: Normally 10-20 working days upon confirming payment receipt for bulk order, but the exact time is according to actual situation, for example the delay during CNY etc. 

Q8: Can I mix different models in one container? 
A: Yes, and please do not forget the MOQ of each models. 

Q9: What's your payment terms? 
A: We accept by T/T Trade assurance, Paypal, Western Union, Bank Transfer as payment terms for bulk order. 

Q10: How to place an order? 
A: Please feel free to send us inquiry what you like, then we will reply you within several hours and send you the right items information, including our newest E-catalogue and price list for your kind selection. You could select different models and quantities as a mixed order and let us know details, so we will calculate exact cost including shipping cost for your confirmation.
