A DEDICATED gym girl has revealed her rigorous routine for growing her enviable glutes.

Her shape is so striking that men have compared her to artwork and even said it inspires them so much they want to "sing the national anthem."

Brooke Harris (@brookerharris) donned skin tight blue leggings paired with a gray top.

"Hams and glutes," she titled the video, referring to her hamstrings and gluteus muscles.

The gym girl started by deadlifting an Olympic barbell, maintaining excellent form throughout the exercise.

She also showed herself squatting the Olympic barbell in the Smith machine.

Next, she showed herself doing belted squats on a weighted machine.

Brooke also hit the cable machine, adding an ankle attachment and doing kick backs.

The fitness junkie also engaged in hip thrusts to grow her glutes.

Finally, Brooke hit the leg extension machine, which directly hit her hamstrings.

She even included single-leg variations on the weighted machine for added muscle training.

Brooke's lower body workout dazzled viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.

"That's a work of art," one wrote. "I would make that my national anthem."

"Girl when I see you I see my dreams grow," another added.

"I need someone like you," a third commented.

"So much power in those glutes," yet another said.

"Loving the shelf," one more wrote.
